I originally learned about The Pazio Institute from mutual friends. As a doctor myself, I was highly impressed with Dr. Alex’s warm personality, his diverse and expansive background in all realms of health, the holistic foundation of the office, and the staff that was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. My health optimization journey started with treatment to chelate out the heavy metals (I had high levels of lead.) I have a couple of mild/common genetic anomalies that can be easily managed if monitored. Dr. Alex helped me to optimize my supplements to make sure I’m getting all the nutrients I need, and not storing problematic things I don’t need. Finally, I had suffered multiple concussions in the past. I did a mental acuity test to see if all areas of my brain are functioning properly. The end result of all of the care resulted in me having more energy and a better memory – plus, I don’t have to worry about a high chance of getting Alzheimer’s now! Even though The Pazio Institute is located in Chicago and I’m in San Diego, I never felt that my care was compromised or limited by my being so far away. I’ve been working with him on my health optimization for 2-3 years now, and I feel great.
